If you're a Public Organization such as Municipality, University, Public School, or Government Agency, then you have the option of paying by Purchase Order. The Purchase Order must be pre-approved before we process any order. For more information, please call Jay at 1-800-871-2768 ext. 246
Tax Exemption
Please send your tax exemption form to Jay Arellano's email at jay@specialtystoreservices.com or by fax at 847-627-4573.
Alternatively, you can submit your tax exemption certificate online.
YOUR ORDER WILL BE PUT ON HOLD UNTIL WE RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR TAX EXEMPTION DOCUMENTATION.
