Attaches together with cam bolts. You have to be extremely careful when turning over or moving or the base will rip off like mine did. I ended up screwing the base together on all the furniture I purchased.

We use the counter in our Apple Computer retail store and these along with the register stands are awesome. We are going to purchase these for our mall store opening in a few weeks. I would definitely recommend these.

Comments about Black 48" Wrap Counter:
I like the product. My carpenter was too busy to build something for me, I had to purchase the wrap counter. Being that the front of the counter is displayed, they should've designed it better looking in the front. It isn't attractive for someone to look at it. My husband put crown moulding around it to make it look a little attractive. If you aren't going for the look, it suffices.
