I purchased this for my pet store after a LOT of research. The customer service help on the phone both before and after purchase was outstanding. I wasn't sure how hard it would be to put it together [...] Height was important as so many I researched were really low in height and stooping over all day wasn't an option. The ledge height is great but the behind-the-counter height was really good as well. The ledge is potentially a weak point so it could be an issue if it needs to support heavy items (in our case, lg 40lb pet food bags or cases of canned food). But it isn't made for that type of support anyway! Only complaints - a left or right option for the register well and the option to purchase additional shelves would make this item perfect!

This is a really nice desk for our retail hardware store. We are using it as a special order desk so there is plenty of room for a computer, binders and catalogs behind the desk. And the slat wall front lets us display merchandise as well. The only downfall is the assembly instructions which has only pictures and isn't very clear, but once it is toghether it is very sturdy and fairly attractive as far as RTA furniture is concerned.

New product on the market, great for small retail stores. Looks very professional and somewhat easy to install once you figure out the pictures and what goes where. No written instructions to go along with pictures, no parts identification which made for very difficult installation. Takes 2-3 people to put together, very heavy, but worth the effort.

This is a great cash wrap counter. Our POS system fits perfectly and there is plenty of storage space behind the counter. The slatwall front gives us flexibility and extra selling space. It is very attractive and a great value for the price. The only negative is the assembly instructions could have been more detailed but it was figured out and the unit went together very nicely. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase.
