Very frustrating! I have hardly used it and it is jammed yet again and I have been totally unsuccessful in fixing it. Waste of money and now I've got hundreds of fasteners I'll never use as I won't be buying another one of these as a replacement! Phooey!

This was a waste of money for me. I spend more time unjamming the needles (even thought I am using fine fabric fasteners) than tagging clothes. Very frustrating!
