This is the first pricing gun that I have ever purchased. I only needed 1 line and wanted something that is easy to use and economical. It is pretty easy to figure out how to load it even without looking at the instructions. Sometimes the lables have extra ink marks on them but this isn't a big problem for me. Some of the numbers and symbols on the selection wheel are hard to read and are somewhat worn off.

If the holes on the tape are not aligned with the nubs on the dispenser, the tape will stop feeding properly. The problem is with the tape not the dispenser.
