Product arrived in good condition. However, as soon as you started to put it together and this is speaking on both racks. the shelve broke off the bar as I tightened the screw to secure it. It appears that the shelve is not attached that well to the bar.
After finding a way to secure the shelves together. I placed the product on them and they are looking really good in the area that I have them. Bascially even though they broke before even being used, I needed them to complete an area I did over and are working
