We had these J-hook tabs from other places and they came in a bag with each tab having it's own adhesive backing.

These however come as 20 attached on a sheet. This may make it easier to take off from the adhesive backing but, need to be careful not to take off more than what you need.

This hooked design is THE BEST for a hang tab! Customers no longer have to pull items off the rack & hold them while they access the one they want to purchase! This works great for my products because my eye pillows are made in dozens of different fabric patterns!
It also allows the seller to put different items on the same rack! And, the adhesive is great ~ never had a return!
