If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased from Specialty Store Services, either visit our web-site at http://www.specialtystoreservices.com and click-on the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" icon, or call one of our helpful customer service representative's for the Return of product at 1-800-871-2768. When returning product, please know that every item must be returned in their original condition, and packaging, within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Sorry drop ship and custom-made merchandise cannot be returned. Packages will be refused if returned C.O.D., or without RA#. Specialty Store Services guarantees all its products from defects and will pick-up, as well as replace defective merchandise within a given warranty period. (Please Note): Security products are subject to thorough investigation by Specialty Store Services, prior to customer receiving refund or replacement merchandise. Customers with orders shipping to Canada will automatically be called with freight charges and must be prepaid.

Specialty Store Services reserves the right to revise pricing without notification, and is NOT bound by the occurrence of typographical errors. Also, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom items and/or perishable goods.
