Comments about Motion Activated Wireless Door Alert:
I ordered the wireless door chime because my organization just moved to a new office in an old house and I find that when I am in the office alone and upstairs in my office, I could not hear people walk through the front door. The first chime I ordered didn't work properly. It would only ring if I was touching the sensor. I contacted the customer service dept and explained the complications. They were so nice and immediately offered to send me a new one free of charge! About a week later it showed up, I installed it, and it works great! Just what we needed!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I have a retail store and would be lost without it. We had a bad batch of batteries once, and it didn't work-be sure to get quality batteries.

When in the back warehouse, we needed to be alerted when a customer came in our showroom. This fits the bill perfectly..wireless, easy to install..exactly what we needed.

Cheap Is What You Get!!
Product worked fine for the first 4 months and them it would only work when it wanted to. Changed batteries so many times, I paid for it 3X over. You get what you pay for, CHEAP.

Set this up for various customers, no one complains, everyone is satisfied with its performance. Easy to set up, may require some drywall drilling.

Great for our store!

Our retail business recently moved to a larger location, where we cannot always be in front to see someone come in the door. The chime is very helpful when we are working in our offices!
Easy to use

I wished it was able to just chime once.

I bought this alert system for a store I own. I positioned it right near the door to sense customers entering. However, since the sensor is wide and not just a single laser beam, it continued to ring while customers where moving about the store which became an annoyance. I used a business card to "block" the side of the sensor that was picking up the store customers and things improved. Since I have products on a wall across from the sensor there was only so much modifying I could do. Finally, only choose the "ding dong" feature as the other rings go on and on!

PIR Wireless Door Chime
By WSU Cougar Fan

The wireless door chime was easy to install and is very easy to use. During peak traffic periods when the door chime is not feasible or necessary we simply swivel the sensor towards the ceiling.Great purchase!!

About Me Novice
We use it at the front door of my convience store so we can work where we can't see customers entering the store. Don't need all the chimes..ding-dong is plenty.
