No, I would not recommend this to a friend
It looked like it would be great to move around when needed. The picture even shows how easy it would be. The problem with the picture, and the sign itself, is it does not move very well when it has weight in it. In fact, it's terrible to move. The sign part flexes back and forth, so the sign will not roll straight. I'm actually worried it will break that sign off, so I've carrying it when I need it moved. What it needs is a solid rod down the center to reinforce it.
