When we recieved the package of dvd cases it seemed like they had been warped. They bend easily and a whole box full was broken down the side, rendering them completley unusable. It's hard to remove the dvd from the case for fear of cracking or breaking the dvd from the center. I like them that's why I haven't sent them back but like I said a whole box was broken down the middle. What am I suppose to do with those?

I really like this product, however, this last batch that I received I have had some problems with. The shipping box was not tampered with at all. Two of the cases at the bottom of the box were broken and I have had several cases that will not stay closed correctly. I had to pitch about 5 or 6 cases so far from the shipment that I received. I have never had this problem before with this product. We use them to store our rental DVD's. It is better than leaving them in the original case even with a security lock.

Great product for our video rentals. These cases are very durable and provide best protection for the dvd's.

I use these for rental DVDs, so they get a lot of use. In the year and a half that I have used this product, the center "clasp"(?) that holds the disc in place has had three different designs. The newest design doesn't seem as durable, as I've already had a couple returned broken, which renders them unusable for my purposes. Everything else about them has been consistently good though.

Durable cases, but I like the clear ones better. The blue is difficult to see through.
