Our company has already tagged many items. We have not experienced the constant jamming of the gun. It is a smooth glide from start to finish.
It's very light weight and easy to handle. It's just a great product that I highly recommend.

I have used other retail tagging guns previously and the Accura is definately the best in quality.Problems I have encountered with other brands is the trigger constantly getting stuck and the needles breaking. Accura has saved me a lot of money.

I use this product almost everyday. It so easy to use.You have to go by the picture on the box , no instructions . But it is simple. Only thing is the attachments will sometimes get stuck , have patience.It will come out.

My only issue is that the needles were left out of my package when the combo set first shipped. However, when I called to report it, Specialty Services shipped the needles out immediately and I received them quickly.

Nice light weight product. Time will tell how durable it is. I am using it to put trademark tags on clothing line.
It would be helpful if it came with instructions. However, didn't take me long to load tag strips and start using it. Instuctions on the box would be a helpful addition. Also nice to get the extra needles. However I almost threw them away because they were just in a plastic retail purchase bag without any identification that indicated that there were parts inside and I thought it was just a packing stuffer. An ID on all parts might be helpful. I waws saved by the packing list, however, which listed the extra needles, so I looked again for them.One more comment, the cord holding the protective cap could be slightly longer, just barely makes it to the tip now. All in all a nice transaction and useful product. It is nice to get the extra needles with the product. In the event one gets bent or breaks you have them on hand without the need to wait for shippment.

This product was terrible! It came with no instructions. It fell apart two times. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

This little tagging gun is great! I have three and just purchased a fourth. They are very, very tough. We've drop them, toss them and just generally abuse them and they have stood up so well compared to other brands. Based upon my experience, I highly recommend this brand to other stores.
