Comments about Lock and Key for Showcases:

Seriously, if you [specialty store services] care about your customers, please provide better instructions. The lack of the instructions is terrible. You may even want to either 1) provide your own instructions or better pictures from what the manufacturer provides OR 2) tell you customers you offer free assembly at your warehouse(s) for those customers who are close enough to visit your warehouse(s). I have no complaints about the product itself, it's beautiful and works well...it's just those "assembly instructions" that made us want to throw the product out the door due to frustration; a lot of wasted time. I gave the product 2 stars due to the assembly instructions; get better instructions and I'd change my rating to 5 stars AND would recommend it.
