The picture doesn't shoe the real size of the box. They probably scale down the hand because there is no way and #10 envelop fit on the box.

I own a campground. I can't always be in the store/office, so I placed this drop box outside the office door. Visitors pay the $2.00 fee without me having to be there to collect, it's great. Of course it's an "honor" system, but hey, it's already paid for itself!
We put a wooden roof above it to protect against rain. The roof also serves as a writing surface for people to fill out an envelope.

This is not a secure product, do not use for valuables or money, can remove stuff from large long slot at top of box. I wish I did not buy this, I wanted it for cash, it should not be called a cash drop box.

I use this to collect money from co-workers for our breakroom & coffee supplies. Collecting money can be a little awkward and this little collection box makes it easy and convenient for people to drop in a little change when they get their coffee in the morning or use the paper plates & cutlery at lunch. The cost was about half of what I'd found of similar products elsewhere. A great buy!

We use the box for a drop point for checks and credit card receipts. Perfect for that. Box would not be good for securing of valuables.

We used this as a way for a store to collect donations for a fundraising campaign. Employees would drop donations they collect from customers into it and we would come and collect all donations each week. It was a very affordable, secure container that worked perfectly in our situation. The lock is rather simple, but effective.

We use this in our studio for payment drop-offs. It even has a built-in "pocket" behind the slot where you can keep envelopes for customers to use for their payments. It's very sturdy and easy to use.

Don't be misled by the picture of this box. it is much smaller than it appears. The hand putting the letters in the box must be scaled down, and those could not be 9 inch wide envelopes the hand is putting in because those envelopes would not fit that easily without any coaxing.
