Product worked fine for the first 4 months and them it would only work when it wanted to. Changed batteries so many times, I paid for it 3X over. You get what you pay for, CHEAP.

Set this up for various customers, no one complains, everyone is satisfied with its performance. Easy to set up, may require some drywall drilling.

I bought this alert system for a store I own. I positioned it right near the door to sense customers entering. However, since the sensor is wide and not just a single laser beam, it continued to ring while customers where moving about the store which became an annoyance. I used a business card to "block" the side of the sensor that was picking up the store customers and things improved. Since I have products on a wall across from the sensor there was only so much modifying I could do.
Finally, only choose the "ding dong" feature as the other rings go on and on!

The wireless door chime was easy to install and is very easy to use.
During peak traffic periods when the door chime is not feasible or necessary we simply swivel the sensor towards the ceiling.
Great purchase!!

We use it at the front door of my convience store so we can work where we can't see customers entering the store. Don't need all the chimes..ding-dong is plenty.
