Here in Illinois the state has banned smoking in all places of business which included bars and restaurants. This means that even during the coldest winters you will see a crowd of people huddling outside smoking. And where people are smoking there are sure to be an pile of butts. That is why the Cease-Fire is the perfect outdoor ashtray to keep your entrance neat and butt free!
