These Chasing Rope Lights are Thirteen feet of flexible tube chasing rope lights. They are safe, energy efficient and have a 20,000 hour bulb life. The chasing rope lights are made out of 1/2"D durable PVC plastic tube contains 3 wires of .46 watt bulbs - 144 lights per rope. Rope lights are ready-to-use; complete with power connector and end cap attached. Lights will chase and flash when used with controller #40087 (sold separately below). Use splice connector #4631 to connect 13 ft. ropes together. The Chasing Rope Lights are available in purple, red, blue, and clear.

I wasn't sure whether this product would do the job I wanted it to do. It is great for outlining banners or attracting attention. Not bright enough for actual lighting of an area
