SERVICE" icon, or call one of our helpful customer service representative's for
the Return of product at 1-888-441-4440. When returning product, please
know that every item must be returned in their original condition, and
packaging, within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Sorry drop ship and
custom-made merchandise cannot be returned. Packages will be refused if
returned C.O.D., or without RA#. Specialty Store Services guarantees all its
products from defects and will pick-up, as well as replace defective
merchandise within a given warranty period. (Please Note): Security products
are subject to thorough investigation by Specialty Store Services, prior to
customer receiving refund or replacement merchandise. Customers with orders
shipping to Canada will automatically be called with freight charges and must
be prepaid.
